The difference

Most garages can't code a battery repair. We can.

Newer hybrids and EVs - think 2025 BMWs - won't simply accept a repaired or replaced battery. The car's software has to be coded to recognise the work, or it rejects the pack and keeps the warning light on.

DM Electronics does that coding in-house, at the battery-management and ECU level, so your repair is registered as genuine and the car drives exactly as it should.

Common questions

Is repairing my battery cheaper than replacing it?
Almost always. A main-dealer battery replacement can run into thousands of pounds, but in most cases only certain cells or modules have actually failed. We repair those, so you pay a fraction of the cost of a brand-new pack.
Which makes and models do you work on?
Every hybrid and EV - Tesla, BMW, Toyota, Honda and the rest. If it has a hybrid or high-voltage battery, get in touch.
My car is a 2025 model. Can you still help?
Yes. The newest models need the repair coded into the vehicle before it will be accepted - we do that hardcoding in-house at the BMS and ECU level, which is exactly what many garages cannot do.
What if only part of my battery has failed?
That is the most common case. We identify the specific faulty cells or modules and repair or replace just those, rather than condemning a whole pack that is mostly healthy.
