EV battery repair - find the fault, fix the fault.

A fault in one part of a high-voltage pack does not mean the whole battery is finished, whatever a main dealer might quote. We diagnose electric vehicle packs at cell and module level, repair what has failed and code the repair back into the car.

What we do

EV battery repair, done at the right level

  • High-voltage pack diagnosticsProper testing of the pack, modules and BMS to locate the real fault.
  • Cell and module-level repairWe repair or replace the failed section instead of condemning the whole pack.
  • Charging and range-loss faultsInvestigating why the car won't charge, charges slowly or has lost range.
  • Repair coded to the vehicleSo the car accepts the work, clears the fault and runs as designed.

Tesla, BMW, Nissan and most EV makes - if it is fully electric, we can help.

Questions

Questions about ev battery repair

Is it safe to repair a high-voltage battery?
Yes, when it is done by someone who understands the electronics and follows the right high-voltage procedures - which is exactly what we do. We diagnose properly before any work begins.
My EV has lost range - can that be fixed?
Often, yes. Range loss can come from a small number of weak cells or modules, or from BMS calibration. We find the cause and tell you whether it is worth repairing.
The dealer says I need a whole new pack. Do I?
Get a second opinion first. A full pack replacement is the most expensive outcome and frequently not necessary - many faults sit in one module or cell group.
Which EVs do you work on?
Tesla, BMW, Nissan and most other electric makes. Send us your model and we will confirm we can help.

Quoted for a new EV pack? Get it properly diagnosed first.

Most high-voltage faults can be repaired at module level. Call or message and we will take a look.
