Most places quote you for a whole new battery because that is all they can do. DM Electronics works at the level beneath the battery - the cells, the chemistry, the battery-management software and the coding that ties it all together.

The owner studied electronics and spent years deep in the back-end systems of hybrid and electric cars. That means a failed pack gets properly diagnosed and repaired at cell and module level - and, critically, coded back into the car so the fix is recognised and holds.
